In reply to Rebecca. If you take a look at the following websites, you can see what destinations in the UK fly directly to Salzburg and which airlines they are. Salzburg Airport Website - If you still cant find any then it may be because they are all full?

Hi, thanks for the article on Salzburg, we are visiting for a week and needed some good ideas on what to do with our kids, 11,9&4. We Worldschooling, do you have any Mozart suggestions that would be kids friendly? Wanting some education experiences for the kids here.

In reply to Trish @ Mum's Gone To. Oh wow thats great you stayed in the same hotel. We really liked it. Luckily we bought along our son's travel cot as we had requested a cot but that was in fact a single bed. Lesson learnt! Ha!

We had a wonderful stay in Salzburg in October last year and stayed at the same hotel as you! It’s a beautiful city and the perfect size for sightseeing.

It’s great when you can explore a city on foot. Sounds as though Salzburg has plenty to offer families. We passed through on our way to a ski resort last April – sounds as though we should try and head back for a longer trip.
