Getting outside with my boys is always a top priority, I love getting out and about and letting the boys explore. Now that the weather is finally starting to improve, I have been trying to get out a bit more. However, sometimes this can be difficult with my family businesses.
It’s great when the weather improves as I can start taking off our winter layers and get ready for Spring/Summer. Isbjorn of Sweden UK has a great range of outdoor clothing for children. As it is made in Sweden, you know you are going to get good quality outdoor clothing.
Getting Outside Now The Weather Is Improving
Finding boys outdoor clothing can be a challenge. They have to be hard wearing and good quality. I don’t have to worry with Isbjorn of Sweden UK. From their great range of children’s outdoor clothes, my boys have Trapper Pants which have reinforced knees which is just what you need for two lively boys. They are great for getting out and about whether it be for daily use or when I take them out hiking. The Trapper Pants look really comfy and the boys seem happy enough to run about in them and get dirty.
As we live in Scotland, then I know it is more than likely going to rain at some point, which isn’t a problem with a lightweight rain jacket. It folds up small and can stay in our backpack until needed (no need to worry about taking up lots of space). It is also great as even though its thin, which is great for Spring/Summer I can even use it in the Autumn with extra layers underneath.
If you were looking for a mid layer then the Isbjorn Softshell Jacket is perfect as it has 3 layers in it. This means it is wind/waterproof and is breathable which is great for while out hiking. Big K loves this outdoor jacket and it kept him warm and dry on a recent outing to RSPB Loch Leven.
I try not to let the weather dictate to us when and where we go (it normally work commitments that stop us). However, if we all have the appropriate outdoor clothing for our chosen activity then it doesn’t normally matter if it is raining or not. I would highly recommend Isbjorn of Sweden UK to any parent.

Oh, I do like the look of these items – I’ll have to look into this company. We love getting out and about all year long, but it is extra nice now that the sun makes an appearance every now and then and we can stay out that bit longer.
They are really good quality and great for outdoor kids. Yes we are so glad the weather is getting better now. 🙂 x
